In this ATN × D5 Workshop, hosted in collaboration with BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), participants will learn how to build high-quality real-time visualisations using D5 Render. Led by BIG architect and visualisation specialist Camila Antonella Mina, the workshop is designed to take attendees from foundational skills to a complete rendered image or short animation. The session covers the full workflow — importing models, setting up materials and lighting, crafting atmosphere, defining cameras, and producing final outputs. Through guided demonstrations and a practical mini-project, participants will learn how BIG integrates D5 into its design process to communicate ideas quickly and powerfully.
There are two ways to access this workshop:
Camila Antonella Mina is an Architect at Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), specializing in architectural visualization and emerging AI-driven workflows. Working across BIG’s global project portfolio, she helps shape the studio’s visual language by transforming early design ideas into immersive, narrative-rich experiences, translating complex architectural concepts into compelling visual stories.
With a background rooted in both architecture and informatics/programming, Camila brings a distinctly hybrid lens to visual storytelling, where spatial intuition meets computational logic and design. Her passion for art and rendering allows her to move fluidly between code, craft, and concept, turning design intent into vivid, technologically empowered narratives.
In our first workshop in the build-up to the ATN Summit, we’re excited to launch the ATN × D5 Workshop in collaboration with BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). This session brings together one of the world’s most innovative architecture studios with one of the fastest-growing real-time visualization platforms, giving attendees a rare opportunity to learn directly from BIG’s design and rendering workflows.The
workshop is split into two parts — starting with a live, hands-on session and followed by an in-depth pre-recorded masterclass that takes participants from fundamental skills to advanced techniques.
The live workshop focuses on the fundamentals of D5. Camila will walk participants through BIG’s real-time visualization process, covering:

After the live session, participants will gain access to a pre-recorded advanced masterclass exploring:
